Do I need a new till number?+
No. Lipafo uses your existing Paybill or Till — your bank exposes it via the Bank Merchant API.
How does my customer pay?+
From inside their own bank's app — KCB, Equity, Co-op, Family or Absa — they tap LipafoPay, enter your existing Paybill or Till, and confirm with their bank PIN.
When do I get the money?+
Your bank credits your account on confirmation. Inter-bank settlement happens via RTGS by 12:00 EAT the next day.
Is MPESA involved?+
No. Lipafo is an independent rail. Zero MPESA or Safaricom involvement in any transaction.
